Lamaze® Antenatal Course
Set over 2 weekend days this course is perfect for couples who want to feel fully prepared for the big event.

You will cover the basics of the Lamaze® techniques, learning how overcoming stress and staying relaxed can actually reduce your perception of pain, focusing on things your birthing partner needs to do to help you relax and ideas for ways you can have a sense of control.

Our Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator will provide 12 hours of teaching covering all the basics of childbirth. Lunch and refreshments included, as well as an organic cotton goodie bag for Mum and baby. We provide a facebook group forum for couples to communicate after their course, as well as hosting the reunion. A complimentary group photo will be taken by Camille Wesser Photography.
