Glo Family's beautifully renovated church is home to a giant pirate ship, a fantastic wigwam and a chill out area where kids can read or watch a film. Children's exercise classes are available as well as educational ones with regular story times, gardening and art and craft clubs and activities on offer. For the tiny tots there is a light and sensory play zone. On fine days (and we live in hope!) there will be classes in the garden, the perfect spot to relax and watch the littles ones play.

The consulting rooms offer a variety of specialist therapist and practitioners and the studio and main hall will include a variety of adult fitness classes as diverse as pregnancy yoga to Bikini Bootcamp as well as the childrens classes. The on site cafe will be serving locally sourced homemade food and beverages including Paddy and Scotts coffee! Our wonderful space is the perfect location for christenings, baby naming ceremonies and childrens parties.
