COMPETITIONS
To qualify for a competition prize which relates to prenatal fitness or Childbirth preparation courses the winner must be pregnant at the time of the course. Competition prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the email notification. The winner will be selected at random from all senders of valid entries received by the closing date. No cash alternatives or substitutions, prize is not transferable.
CORPORATE DISCOUNTS
Corporate offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Corporate discount offer is not valid on gift voucher purchases.

PLACING AN ORDER FOR GOODS
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Glo Family Limited to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Glo Family Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 3 months of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit/debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & American Express. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. Glo Family Limited is not yet registered for VAT. When goods are dispatched to a non EU country there may be additional taxes due - any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches the destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
UK DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
STANDARD DELIVERY - Cost £4.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.
EXPRESS 2 DAY DELIVERY Cost £7.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order within two working days, providing we receive your order before 4.00pm.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY Cost £9.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next day, providing your order is received by us before 12 noon. As our gift wrapping takes a little extra time, this service is not available on gift wrapped orders.
OVERSEAS BFPO & NON-MAINLAND UK Postage is charged at cost.
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received and accepted after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
With effect from the Commencement Date Glo Family Limited will, in consideration of the Fees being paid in accordance with the terms of payment, provide the services expressly identified in the booking confirmation letter or otherwise agreed under this agreement.
Glo Family Limited will use reasonable care and skill to perform the services identified in the booking confirmation letter and shall use all reasonable endeavours to complete its obligations. You agree to pay the Fees in accordance with the terms of payment.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All payments required to be made pursuant to this Agreement by either party shall be made in advance of the performance of the services.
A 25% deposit will secure a course booking, with the outstanding balance becoming due 14 days before the commencement of the course. Cheques must be made payable to Glofamily Ltd and can be posted to Kerstine Rencourt,Glo Family Limited 94 Station Road, Marple, Stockport, Cheshire SK6 6P. Alternatively you can pay by debit or credit card on the website or by contacting us on the telephone number 0844 800 7380.
VARIATION AND AMENDMENTS
If you wish to vary any details of the booking confirmation letter you must notify Glo Family Limited in writing as soon as possible. We shall endeavour to make any required changes and any additional costs thereby incurred shall be invoiced to you.
If, due to circumstances beyond the our control, it has to make any change in the arrangements relating to the provision of the Services it shall notify you as soon as possible. We shall endeavour to keep such changes to a minimum and shall seek to offer the Client arrangements as close to the original as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
TERMINATION
We may terminate the agreement forthwith if:
any circumstances whatsoever beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to the termination of the service through no fault of the Supplier) arise that necessitate for whatever reason the termination of the provision of services.
You may terminate the agreement if a medical reason has arisen in connection with your pregnancy including, but not limited to, premature birth.
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will use our reasonable endeavours to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.
OUR PEOPLE
Glo Family Limited ensures that all people involved in provision of training and education, whether employees or subcontractors, are appropriately qualified to do so and have the necessary insurance coverage to act in such a capacity.

While Glo Family Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Glo Family Limited will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

We shall not be liable to you, or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

Glo Family Limited reserves all copyright and any other rights (if any) which may subsist in the provision of the services or facilities. Glo Family Limited reserves the right to take such actions as may be appropriate to restrain or prevent infringement of such copyright. Trademark pending. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or incorporation into any other work of part or all of the material available on this website in any form is prohibited save that you may:
